The New Orleans Ballet Association is the region’s premier presenting and service organization dedicated solely to the art of dance. The dynamic Main Stage season annually features world-class dance companies and artists, covering the gamut of dance from classical to contemporary. NOBA’s nationally recognized education program serves as one of the largest dance classrooms in the Gulf South, providing students with more than 2,500 concerts and classes each year.

Trey McIntyre Project | Nov. 21-22, 8 p.m., at Tulane's Dixon Hall. In a world premiere commissioned by NOBA, Trey McIntyre, known for his “fear-factor” ballet moves, performs “Ma Maison,” with music provided by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
Double Evil and Liturgy | Jan. 10, Dancers from the San Fancisco and New York City ballets will perform during the gala reopening of Mahalia Jackson Theatre.
Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet | Jan. 30-31, 8 p.m., at NOCCA's Lupin Hall. A special event co-presented with the NOCCA Institute.
